Equipment Test & Evaluations

Borelli Consulting is proud to be able to say that we've been serving Blackwater USA for about four years by providing written test and evaluation reports in the form of Equipment Reviews for their weekly newsletter.

In December of 2004, EXXCESS QUALITY PRODUCTS contracted the services of Borelli Consulting to provide written test and evaluation information on the products that incorporate into their line. EXXCESS' purpose for contracting Borelli Consulting was clear: EXXCESS wanted to insure that they stocked and sold only quality products to the warrior community and they trusted BCI to provide no-nonsense evaluations of those products.

In December 2005, Officer.com began carrying Borelli Consulting's Equipment Reviews as well. Recognizing the value of impartial equipment evaluations to law enforcment professionals, Officer.com now distributes Borelli Consulting's Equipment Reviews to its readership of 33,000+ police officers and deputies each week.

In January 2007 Borelli Consulting premiered New American Truth emagazine. This contemporary common sense publication focuses on issues that concern all citizens who aren't willing victims of criminals or terrorists.

Subject Matter Expert Services:

When the U.S. Army needed assistance opening lines of communication with the law enforcement community about developing technologies they came to Borelli Consulting. Since its inception in July 2001 Borelli Consulting provided Subject Matter Expert services to the ATTIC and then the TeamALERT projects . (ALERT stands for Army Law Enforcement Responder Technologies)

As mentioned above, Borelli Consulting served EXXCESS QUALITY PRODUCTS (EQP) by providing test and evaluation services. Another part of the service contracted by, and provided to, EQP was counseling on the nature of law enforcement operations and training that can be specifically affected by equipment design and/or function.

Many other individuals and companies refer to SME services simply as "consulting". We at Borelli Consulting feel that it is important for our clients and potential clients to understand exactly what our skill sets and levels of expertise are. Other Training:

As part of its Community Support Services efforts, Borelli Consulting provides in-service and firearms training to numerous Maryland municipal agencies. All courses delivered to these police agencies are approved by the Maryland Police Training Commission and offer in-service credit to the attendees.

Borelli Consulting personnel provide adjunct instructor services for the Force Sector Model, an ultra-modern force selection tool developed in partnership with Strategos International.

Borelli Consulting is the exclusive provider of training about Contextual Intuition and how training delivery has to be structured to properly support and empower subconscious decision making that is still defendable in the courtroom.
